Q & A

Q26. How to solve the problem if multi booting up is in a slow process?

A:

Reason:

¡@¡@a) Minimum requirement for client to run windows xp has to be 256mb or above.

¡@¡@b) Server has to use 1000MB NIC, and have to connect to a 1000MB switch hub.

¡@¡@c) Check if it¡¦s a non-manageable switch hub and Server uses CAT6.

¡@¡@d) If the image is in a great size it will slow down even if you are using local hard disk to start with.

¡@¡@e) If the system setup a read/write separation and if Server uses SATA interface.

Solution:

¡@¡@a) Please upgrade your memory size.

¡@¡@b) Please check network environment.

¡@¡@c) Same as above.

¡@¡@d) Suggest use SCSI as to manage the written back disk, it will increase speed very much. Or please reduce the client amount.
